Well, for those lost fans who don’t already know, we now know the true identity of the Candle-ish Lost Dharma guy. His name is Pierre Chang. Apparently, he’s dead. That’s right, dead. He also has a baby. After seeing this startling new video on youtube, I have come to the conclusion that Pierre Chang is Sun’s uncle. That’s right, his uncle. Discuss.

Oscar or no Oscar??

So, now that I have seen to fantastic movies this summer (Wall-E and The Dark Knight), I have to wonder, will they be snubbed by the Academy? Wall-E is definitely a shoo in for Best Animated Feature, but what about Best Picture??? It is one of the greatest movies ever made, but since it was animated, will it be ignored??? And then the Dark Knight. I think it would be a crime not to give Ledger at least a nomination for his stellar performance as the Joker. So, would it be for Lead or Supporting? My guess is for Lead, since he seems to be the real star of the movie. Bale shouldn’t get his hopes up, and Eckhart (is that how you spell it?) may have a chance in the supporting…. but what about Best Picture? Are they brave enough to give a superhero movie a nomination?? We’ll see.

Hey everybody… I just got back from Batman: The Dark Knight. Let me tell you, it was amazing!!!! It was so cool. I loved it. You have to see it. I’m not gonna tell you anything about it, though. Because you are going to have to see it. I would recommend it to everyone… (not little kids. it was kinda the teensiest bit violent) Go see it immediately. Right now. Not even joking.

I Hate Mornings

Does anyone hate mornings as much as I do??? I mean, you get up, and your eyes are all crusty, and it takes you forever to wake up…. gosh. I’m definitely not a morning person. I am not a person to cross in the morning either. I’m like The Hulk- You won’t like me when I’m angry! (in the morning…) Did anyone like that ‘The Hulk’ movie?? It was ok. Not as good as Iron Man, but it was definitely better than the first one they tried to do like 6 years ago. Speaking of movies, I’m finally going to see Batman today. I’m really excited. Its gonna be freaky. YES! I’m really excited. As you can tell. Probably. Maybe. Ok. I’m done.

I’m A Proud Lostie

Okay, so I swear, I’m not a nerd. Really, I’m not. I mean, I’ve seen Star Wars. I may have dressed up as Luke Skywalker when I was like 6 for Halloween, but that doesn’t count. Right? Right. I was 6. But anyway, I may be obsessed with the show Lost. But that’s reasonable, right? I mean, the show rocks. So, I am a proud Lostie. Not a nerd, a Lostie. That’s much different. Comparing a nerd with a Lostie is like comparing Superman and Batman (gosh…. another nerdy reference. I’m not doing well…) So, Lost is the only reason I am excited for the Comic-Con this weekend. Repeat: I AM NOT A NERD! I just happen to like a show very much. I just want to see what the creators have in store for us about Season 5. Because, come on, you know that if you’ve ever seen like even 5 seconds of the show you want to know what the heck is going on. I mean, (spoiler alert… one more nerdy reference…sigh…) take the finale of season 4. The darn freighter blew up. Is Jin alive??? (he better be…. Jin kicks butt….) Oh, and one other thing. THE ISLAND DISAPPEARED!! What the heck! Where did it go? Why is Locke dead?? And off the island? When the island disappeared! Why is everything so confusing. Lost and I have a real love-hate relationship. I LOVE the show, but at the same time, I hate it with a white hot intensity of a thousand burning suns. It is so confusing and mysterious!!! All shows have become like that, to try to copy Lost. Like take my other favorite, the Office. It is a hilarious show. The best comedy on TV. But now (spoiler alert….sigh….) what the heck! When are Jim and Pam gonna get married??? Why are Andy and Angela getting married?? One quick random note… Andy and Angela’s celebrity love name would be either Andy or Angela… because combined…. yea…. you get the picture. Anyway, this ends my rant.

Stupid Air!

So, I was sitting downstairs, watching TV, when a beam of light comes through one of the windows. Yes, a beam. It makes it sound more mystical, or something. Anyway, so the light comes through, and I look at it, and a bunch of dust is floating around. I mean A LOT! And I’m sitting here breathing it all in! I’m no scientist, but that can’t be good, can it?? I mean, who knows what some of that stuff is? It could be, like, flakes of lead paint, or something like that, that would be bad to breathe in! So then I’m sitting there, looking like an idiot, shaking my hands around so I don’t breathe any of the air… so yeah. Who knew air was so bad for you?? If you’re reading this, and its light out, and there is a beam of light (yes, it has to be a beam…) and look at it. Just look. Whatever you do, do NOT breathe it in. As we’ve discussed, that would be bad. I hope this has been very eye opening. Jeez… now I’m scared. What else is floating around?? What if its like nuclear, or something? I could get superpowers! (or die… hopefully superpowers) But what would my powers be? Maybe I could be called “Air Man” and I could turn into air and shove the poison air flakes down my enemies throats. That would rock. That is all.

What Is A Blog?

Hello world! It’s me. LlamaFace. This is my very first post, so bear with me here.

So, I decided to start my own blog. This is mostly just an outlet for my very confused mind to vent my thoughts on random things that I see and do. I know, an original concept! So, I decided to start my own blog, and then I started thinking, well, what is a blog? What does blog even mean? Is it an acronym??? Like, uhhh… I don’t even know what B-L-O-G stands for. So, I wanna see what you guys think B-L-O-G stands for. Leave a comment! I know you’re not gonna want to, but please. Come on. Anyway, maybe blog isn’t an acronym. Maybe it’s just a random word!! Maybe some tech nerds were one day sitting around a table, and one goes “We’ll start an online journal called a blog!” just out of the blue. I mean, a blog isn’t even necessarily a journal. Maybe its just randomness, which is probably the best word to describe my ‘blog’. I mean, (pardon my ranting..) the word ‘vlog’ makes sense. Video-Log. Vlog. But blog? Come on! I don’t know. But anyway, comment on my ‘blog’. You know what?? I’m not calling it a blog anymore. It’s going to be called a nlog. A net-log. There we go. That sounds wwwwaaaayyyyy better. Check back here a lot, I’ll be certain to nlog a lot.
